This photo was taken in early April 2001, shortly after Steve built his grow-out tank. Steve sent this photo to us for entry into one of our photo contests. It was placed in our June 2001 Fish & Critter Contest, and voted as the winning photo!
Information from Steve:
"The juveniles pictured above are home hatched from my breeding pair of "True Percs"(Amphiprion percula). The hatchlings are spawned in my 135 gallon reef every 12-14 days, so the larval have to be trapped and transferred to small starting tanks, then eventually moved to the grow-out tanks. This is the age when all of the effort pays off."
