E.M. Erythromycin, by Aquarium Pharmaceuticals, treats and controls a broad spectrum of bacterial fish infections in freshwater and saltwater aquariums, including: fin and tail rot, open red sores, mouth fungus (cotton mouth disease), hemorrhagic septicemia, bacterial gill disease, body slime, and furunculosis (open lesions). Active ingredient: 200 mg Erythromycin per packet.

Furan-2 by Aquarium Pharmaceuticals which claims: "Effectively treat a wide variety of gram-positive and gram-negative bacterial diseases including: furunculosis (aeromonas), dropsy, gill disease, fin and tail rot, open red sores, black molly disease, mouth fungus, hemorrhagic septicemia, body slime and eye cloud. Powder dissolves quickly for faster healing. Active ingredients: Nitrofurazone and Furazolidone."

By Mardel which claims: "Revolutionary antibiotic medication for effective treatment of fish. Medicated bio-spheres attach to the fish's skin to form a protective layer that kills infecting bacteria. Controlled, regulated release of antibiotics helps prevent re-infection. Maracyn Plus contains two broad-spectrum antibiotics that are effective against fin and tail rot, popeye, dropsy, ulcers, and mouth and body fungus."

Maracyn-Two by Mardel is a broad-spectrum antibiotic for internal or external gram-negative bacterial infections. Effective treatment for fin and tail rot, popeye, gill disease, dropsy, bleeding or red streaks, secondary and internal infections.

Maracyn, by Mardel is used in the treatment of body fungus, fin and tail rot, popeye, gill disease, secondary infections and other gram-positive bacterial infections and fungal diseases.

By Aquarium Pharmaceuticals which claims: "Contains the natural botanical extract from the Tea Tree (Melaleuca), an excellent alternative to resistant strains of bacteria that are unaffected by traditional medications. Treats bacterial infections such as red ulcers, fin and tail rot, cloudy eyes, mouth fungus, and others in as little as 4 days. Also heals open wounds, ulcers, and damaged fins. Doesn't affect pH; safe for invertebrates."

Pimafix, by Aquarium Pharmaceuticals which claims it "treats cotton-like fungal infections, and both internal and external bacterial infections. PimaFix harnesses the unique antifungal and antibacterial properties of the West Indian Bay Tree (Pimenta racemosa) for a safe and natural remedy; prevents the development of resistant strains of disease-causing organisms. Will not discolor water, affect biological filter, or pH during treatment. Will not harm aquatic plants. For extreme cases, PimaFix can safely be used with MelaFix to provide the added benefit of quick tissue regeneration and wound healing."

T.C. Tetracycline, by Aquarium Pharmaceuticals, clears both external and internal bacterial infections in freshwater aquariums, including: fin and tail rot, bacterial gill disease, hemorrhagic septicemia, open red sores, body slime and eye cloud, and mouth fungus (cotton mouth disease). Active ingredient: 500 mg Tetracycline Hydrochloride.
