The first step in setting up our 92 gallon corner bowfront reef tank was to put the aquarium stand into place.

Aquarium Stand Positioning Tips:

  • It's important not to place the stand flush against the wall(s). You need to allow room for the equipment you will be using, especially hang-on-tank items, as well as for placement of cords, power strips and such.

  • Evaluate placement of accessible electrical outlets, and if at all possible, place the stand in a position that will allow for the most convenient use of them.

  • Once the stand is in position, check to see that it is level.
