Plastic Tubing

A length of 1/4" plastic tubing is required. Measure the distance from your water source (usually under the kitchen or bathroom sink) to your tank. Add an extra 6' or so to allow for the distance from the floor to the tank (or sump) and the saddle valve.

1/4" plastic tubing can be found at most hardware stores. Quite often, you can find a kit, which contains a saddle valve and a length of plastic tubing in one package.
