This Blenny's body is a mottled dark brown with white dots and its pectoral and tail fins are yellow

Distribution:

Indo-Pacific.

Maximum Size:

To 5.5".

Reef Tank Safe:

Yes.

Diet & Feeding:

This fish is a herbivore and should have its diet supplemented with vegetable matter, Spirulina, and herbivore preparations.

Characteristics & Compatibility:

This Blenny does best in a tank with large amounts of natural algae to graze on and it is best to house singly unless the two are a mated pair. The Starry Blenny spends most of its time flitting from rock to rock as it looks for algae to feed upon.
