Guide Review
The Kent Marine Maxxima R.O./D.I Units are a well priced, top of the line method for filtering tap water to 99.9% pure. The waste to product ratio of 3 to 1 is very efficient. These 4 stage, clear canister units can be run on any water (well or chlorinated) water system. The high grade mixed bed deionization resin filter color indicates as the resin exhausts (apx. 400 gallons), letting you know when it is getting time to change resins. Iron, Calcium, Magnesium and/or Heavy Sediment will inhibit or damage the membrane. Kent Marine recommends adding a FLUSHKIT to your system to extend your membrane life, particularly in hard water conditions. These units are available in 2 sizes: 24 & 50 GPD.
