The Animal Jungle 1,000 Gallon Saltwater System
Here is an enlarged view of the graphic of the new filtration system at Animal Jungle. The Bio-Ball tower is gone, as are the old mechanical and UV filters. A more efficient (Hayden, 50 sq. ft., 10 micron) mechanical filter and a Hiatt Red Torpedo Biological Filter with 55 lbs. of Tri-Based Pelletized Carbon (TBPC) are installed. A simpler, more efficient, more easily maintained system.
