The Flowtron pressurized, 1000 GPH water pump flow rated canister style filter utilizes micron mesh bag technology from 150 micron down to nominal 1 micron filtration. It is easy to install in-line as either a hard piped system or using hose and over the tank mounting. Unlike some other canister filters that have lids that bind and/or are hard to remove, a simple fingertip twist of the retaining ring and you're inside. A pressure gauge measures the back pressure inside of the filter bag itself, which ensures proper service intrevals of the filter bag.
