How to Make an Image Like This
Any photo editing program that has a negative enhancing tool can be used to create this kind of image. This is what I used, and how I did it.
Step 2. Before starting any work, as not to loose or mess it up, save the photo under a new name. From the menu I clicked File > Save As > (rename example: seadragonnegative_org changed to seadragonnegative_org1).
Step 3. From the menu I clicked Enhance > Negative > and Viola!
Tip: Not all photos you apply this effect to creates such a unique look, so just play with it. Load an image, apply the effect, and if you like how the image looks, save it.  Have fun!  ~ Debbie
